"I work off the professional specialist theory," Jim explained.  "I set up the Bulla Team to form a group of professionals that are trained in a certain area of real estate." All within the group have built reputations for themselves and work well together as a team, and it shows. Sales volume has increased on an average of 12% each year over the past 6 years, with 90% of all homes selling over that period.  Jim designed and uses a marketing program he calls "Fast Track" to get homes sold. "Our listings sell 25% faster than the market average because of Fast Track," he points out.

The team has concentrated its efforts in the north Atlanta metro area, which includes Cobb, Cherokee, Paulding, Bartow, Fulton and Douglas counties. Jim Bulla has lived in Cobb for the past 20 years, having moved to the area from Indiana, where he learned the art of working hard to receive maximum reward. As a boy in Indiana, he helped raise livestock, corn, wheat and soybeans on the family farm and attended a rural school that had 12 grades in one building.

"I always tell people I graduated in the top 10 of my class...there were nine in my class," he laughs.  Because it was a small school, young Bulla got a lot of help when needed. That's where he learned about teamwork and its importance in achieving success.

Jim's career didn't begin in real estate, he started as a medical technologist. Eventually, he took a job with a major corporation in the medical field speaking about quality control and the company's products.

"I progressed through the company holding different jobs in sales, marketing and management," he said.  All along gaining more experience. Somewhere along the way, however, he got the bug to acheive the American dream of having his own business.

"I always enjoyed helping people get what they wanted and enjoyed meeting people so when I decided to go into business for myself, I was looking for a business where I could achieve this goal," he explained.  "Real estate has been it."

After moving to Cobb, Jim began building his business to what it is today, a success. He holds numerous certification in real estate.
